I hope you all had a great New Years, and is now relaxing from the holidays! Throughout this break, I have been MIA and have been working on numerous projects. I started photography in 2011, however I put a pause to it because I wanted to wait for the right time to fully launch it! I knew the beginning of 2012 will be a great way to launch it, therefore my winter break consisted of bridal consultations, photo shoots, as well as launching my photographer website, a SmugMug account, && revamping my photography blog! Below are my 3 projects!

My reply? Because I want to.
Short answer but it really is just that simple. I love being a hair and makeup artist!!! I am booked for weddings every weekend up until November. I love getting brides ready for their special day and seeing everyone’s reaction as she and her bridal party walk down the aisle . Nothing will take that joy and excitement away from me. Since weddings is only on the weekends, what hobby should I do to keep myself busy?
You guessed it, photography.
I am blessed to say that I get to experience almost everything. Besides being a hair and makeup behind the camera, I also get to model for the camera.. and I get to be behind the lens!! I love it!!
Today, I shoot with a Nikon d90. Her name is Joleen Angie. Why name a camera? Because it gives her more character– why did I choose Joleen? That you will have to figure out on your own. =)
